The Beatles’ "Rubber Soul" Complete &
Wings' "Band On The Run" Complete
Rubber Soul is...“One of the greatest albums of all time”-the BBC. Mojo. Rolling Stone. VH1. Time Magazine…
"You can say this represents 'maturity,' call it 'art' or credit it for moving rock away from singles to album-length statements – but regardless Rubber Soul accelerated popular music's creative arms race, driving competitors like the Stones, the Beach Boys and Dylan to dismantle expectations and create new ones."—Rolling Stone
As for "Band On The Run" in 1973 NME raved, calling it "a positive master-stroke of an album."
The Desert Rose Band's --and ex Elton John band ace--John Jorgenson, Laurence Juber from Paul McCartney and Wings, and 80's era Badfinger lead singer Jeff Ross are among a superb cast that bring you "Rubber Soul", the Beatles classic recognized by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the Top 5 albums of all time. Rubber Soul was the album that introduced a new level of lyrical introspection and musical sophistication to the sound of the Beatles, while for Rolling Stone "Band On The Run" remains one of the 500 Best albums of all time.
